As a painter at Corrojet, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in hydroelectric plants and various industries.
With regular travel to work sites outside the region, you’ll benefit from excellent perks and the opportunity to grow your skills. This role demands accuracy, meticulous attention to detail and physical endurance.
Job Description
- Prepare surfaces following industry standards (SSPC and others) as part of a team
- Mix and apply paint types according to contract requirements.
- Use professional tools, including pressure pumps, for surface preparation and painting
- Ensure paint application meets quality standards using appropriate instruments.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
- DEP in Painting or high school diploma with experience in painting, surface prep and sandblasting.
- CCQ painter card or specialized worker card, regardless of apprenticeship level.
